摘要
在炼钢连铸生产工艺流程中 ,连铸坯的在线长度检测和定长切割是其中的重要环节。目前大部分系统采用接触式测量方法 ,由于连铸生产现场环境恶劣 ,测量系统日常维护量大、精度不能保证。运用计算机视觉测量技术建立一无接触式连铸板坯长度在线测量和切割控制系统 ,在介绍系统硬件构成和测量原理的基础上 ,重点探讨连铸坯图像在线边缘检测算法和动态跟踪原理 。
The length measurement and Cutting Control of continuous casting slab are important units in continuous casting production process.Contact measurement method is used in the most current systems;because of wicked field environment,the measurement system maintenance is difficult and measurement accuracy can not be ensured.The paper intvodnces a non contact continuous casting slab measurement and cutting control system with application of computer vision measurement technology.Based on the analysis of its hardware construction and software functions,discusses mainly on line edge detection algorithm and dynamic trace principle of continuous casting slab image and presents the whole software control procedure and analsysis of measurement accuracy.
