摘要
对太阳电池测试仪中应用的单指数数学模型和双指数数学模型进行了较深入的研究。用参数可分离非线性最小二乘拟合方法 ,根据少量测量数据较准确地求得了太阳电池双指数数学模型。该数学模型的建立 ,对研究太阳电池特性 ,求解太阳电池等效参数 ,完整绘出太阳电池伏安特性曲线有着重要意义。
The paper lucubrates solar cell single and both exponent mathematical model that solar cell test instrument applied. Solar cell both exponent mathematical model can be obtained exactly using a few measurement data by the least squares fitting method that parameter can be separated. Establishment of the mathematical model has the important meaning in the researching solar cell characteristic, the solving solar cell equivalent parameters and the perfectly drawing volt\|ampere characteristic curve.
