Solar cell both exponent mathematical model can be obtained exactly using a few measurement data by the least squares fitting method that parameter can be separated. Establishment of the mathematical model has the important meaning in the researching solar cell characteristic, the solving solar cell equivalent parameters and the perfectly drawing volt\|ampere characteristic curve.
