地方本科院校向应用型高校转型发展研究——以安康学院为例

Research on Transitional Development of Application-Oriented Universities——Take Ankang University as Example

引导地方本科院校向应用型高校转变,是政府治理高教结构失衡的重大举措,对于我国高教结构的优化和经济与社会的协调发展具有重要意义。安康学院作为地处国家连片扶贫区、具有师范前身的地方新建本科院校,其转型发展具有一定代表性,转型经历了探索徘徊、稳步发展、加速提升三个阶段,在学科专业布局、人才培养模式探索、服务地方发展、应用型大学文化建设方面取得了显著成效,并积累了可资借鉴的经验。后续发展应确立"教学服务型"办学定位,树立全方位服务地方发展理念;加强文科应用型人才培养模式的研究和实践,分类推进各二级学院转型发展;着力打造教师教育特色品牌。学校在办学资金、教师队伍建设方面还存在严重困难,需要政府在财力和配套政策上给予支持。

It is a vital measure for government to urge the colleges and universities to adjust the unvalanced structure existed in the higher education field, which is significant to them to adapt to the development of the society. Ankang University, located in the poverty-striking areas, is under transformation that is typical since it had the history of teacher-fostering. Its transition has been in the stages of exploring, developing and speed-up. The achievements had been made in the transition as in major-construction, mode in teaching, service to the social demanding and in campus-culture fostering. It is suggested, in the future, to make a clear aim in management, to serve the local economy development, to have more practice in the majors of arts, to enhance the major construction differently, and to promote the majors into the outstanding brands in the fields. It is also needing demands for the government to offer strong backing to the the universities in finance, in faculty up-grading, etc, which they once had experienced zigzagingly.
