产教融合和校企合作背景下新建本科院校图书馆服务转型研究

Research on the Service Transition of Newly-upgraded Universities Library under the Background of Integration of Production and Education and Cooperation between School and Enterprise

产教融合和校企合作背景下,新建本科院校图书馆面临着新的挑战与机遇。新建本科院校图书馆应明确目标定位和职能特性,大胆改革创新,从四个方面推进图书馆服务转型:一是引入众包理念,构建图书馆新服务体系;二是依托校企合作,构建图书馆文献信息资源保障体系;三是引入嵌入式服务理念,构建图书馆行业馆员队伍;四是成立文献信息教研室,构建图书馆服务战略平台。

In the context of integration of production and education and cooperation between school and enterprise, the newly-upgraded universities library faces new opportunities and challenges. It was presented that newly-upgraded universities library should be clear of the target location and function characteristic, be bold to reform and innovate, build new service system leading into crowd sourcing ideas, establish efficient document information service system relying on cooperation between school and enterprise, build industrial librarian team drawing into flushbonding service idea and establish document information teaching and research section and the service strategy platform, to guarantee the realization of the library＇ s service transition.
