Discussion on the New Development Situation of TCM Standardization and Its Strategy of Talent Cultivation

在国家标准化战略举措实施下,中医药标准学的发展迈入了新阶段。在新形势下,人才仍是中医药标准化长线发展的根本。在工作量大,人才少,队伍新的困境下,进行中医药标准学各个层次人才的培养势在必行。分析当下中医药标准学人才现状,有针对性的探讨了其人才培养策略,为国家标准化以及国家中医药事业的发展打下坚实基础。

Under the implementation of the national standardization strategy, the development of Chinese medicine standards has entered a new stage. In the new situation, the talent is still the root of long-term development about TCM standardization. It is imperative to carry out the personal training in different levels of TCM standardization, when the new situation is heavy workload, less talents and young team. This paper analyzed the current situation of the talents of standardization, and explored its targeted personnel training strategy, which lays a solid foundation for the development of the national standardization and TCM industry.
