摘要
目的探讨高等中医院校本科生实习阶段临床技能规范化培训应用效果。方法采用随机对照的方法,将60名本科实习学生分为各30人的实验组与对照组。实验组运用多元化的培训方法进行临床技能的规范化培训,对照组给予传统科室轮转培训模式培训。课程后采用调查问卷及理论、实践考试成绩评估的方法检测教学结果。结果实验组学生的理论、实践成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),对课程的兴趣、满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床技能的规范化培训能有效提高学生兴趣及学习效果。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of clinical skills standardized training in undergraduate trainees of traditional Chinese medical university. Methods 60 undergraduates of traditional Chinese medicine were divided into the experimental group and control group, with 30 students in each group. The experimental group was given the clinical skills standardized training, and the control group used traditional teaching mode of departments training. The questionnaire and exam achievement evaluation theory and practice method were used to detect the teaching results. Results The curriculum interest theory and practice of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P〈 0.05) . Conclusion The clinical skills standardized training can effectively im- prove students' interest and learning effect.
