摘要
目的探讨肿瘤科中医临床思维模式培养的实践与研究的应用效果。方法分为对照组和实验组。对照组运用传统临床实践教学。实验组运用中医临床思维模式进行临床实践教学。以肿瘤科最常见的中医虚劳进行临床实践教学。1)望诊(4天):运用整体思维、辨证思维、象思维进行教学:观察患者神志、反应、双目、面色、表情、呼吸、发育、形体、舌象。2)闻诊(1天):运用象思维进行教学:观察患者语声、病室特殊气味。3)问诊(5天):运用整体思维、辨证思维、象思维进行教学:对患者的临床症状进行详细的问诊。4)切诊(6天):运用整体思维、辨证思维、象思维进行教学:对患者的脉象进行讲解、分析。5)收集四诊资料(2天):运用整体思维、辨证思维、象思维进行教学:中医证型(4天):运用辨证思维、灵感思维;理法方药(4天):运用整体思维、辨证思维、灵感思维;指导临床:构建中医临床思维模式(4天):培养学生中医诊断思维、中医辨证思维、中医治疗思维,培养实习学生对患者独立诊治的能力。结果实验教学组成绩普遍比传统教学组的成绩高。
Objective To study the application effect of practice and research on TCM clinical thinking mode eultivation of ontology. Methods Objects were divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was given traditional clinical practice teaching. The experimental group was given the model of TCM clinical thinking in clinical practice teaching. The most common disease of traditional Chinese medicine-consumptive disease in clinical practice teaching in ontology was carried out. Firstly, inspection (4 days) : the overall thinking, dialectical thinking and like thinking teaching were used to observe reaction, eyes, face, facial expression, breath, development, form and tongue. Secondly, listening and smelling (1 day) : teaching thinking was used to observe the voice, ward special smell. Thirdly, visits (5 days) : the overall thinking, dialectical thinking and like thinking teaching were used to enquire the clinical symptoms of patients with detailed interrogation. Fourthly, pulse feeling and palpation (6 days) were as follows: the whole teaching thinking, dialectical thinking and like thinking were used to analyze the patient's pulse condition. Finally, four diagnostic information collection (2 days) : using the whole teaching thinking, dialectical thinking, like thinking: TCM syndrome type (4 days) : using dialectical thinking, inspiration thinking; principle-method-recipe-medicines (4 days) : using the overall thinking, dialectical thinking, inspiration thinking; Clinical guidelines: the construction of TCM clinical thinking mode (4 days) : students of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis, syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine treatment of thinking, to cultivate students intern in diagnosis and treatment of patients with independent ability. The results showed that the result of experimental teaching group was generally higher than traditional teaching group.
