益肾通络法治疗冠心病心律失常的临床研究

Clinical Study on Invigorating Kidney and Dredging Collateral Method in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Arrhythmia

目的探讨益肾通络法治疗冠心病心律失常患者的临床疗效。方法选取96例冠心病心律失常患者,按治疗方法不同随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组50例,对照组46例。对照组患者行参松养心胶囊治疗,治疗组患者采用益肾通络中药方治疗,对比2组患者的临床治疗疗效。结果 2组患者均未出现不良反应,观察组患者治疗总有效率(92%)与对照组(74%)相比,P<0.05,差异具有显著性。结论应用益肾通络法治疗冠心病心律失常临床疗效显著,安全可靠,无副作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of invigorating kidney and dredging collateral method in the treatment of coronary heart disease arrhythmia. Methods According to the different treatment methods, 96 cases of coronary heart disease arrhythmia patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given Songxin Yangxin capsule, and the observation group was given invigorating kidney and dredging collateral method. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results No adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. The total effective rate of the observation group （92%） and the control group （74%） was compared, and there was significantly difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion The invigorating kidney and dredging collateral method in the treatment of coronary heart disease arrhythmia has clinical curative effect, it is safe reliable, no side effects, and has an important guiding value for clinical practice.
