Experience of Professor J iang Lijuan in the Treatment of Ovarian Cyst

姜丽娟,主从事中医妇科临床、科研、教学工作近30年,临床经验丰富,尤其擅长治疗卵巢囊肿、不孕症、闭经等疑难病症。本文扼要总结了姜教授多年来灵活运用中医药综合疗法治疗卵巢囊肿的经验,姜教授对本病的发病机理具有独到的见解,临床中根据本病的发病特点,通过辨囊肿的良性与恶性,辨囊肿的大小、部位,以及辨并发疾病等方法,灵活施治(内外合治),方法独特,疗效显著。

Jiang Lijuan has been engaged in clinical, scientific research and teaching of TCM gynecology work for nearly 30 years, has rich clinical experience, especially is good at treatment of ovarian cyst, infertility, menopause and other difficult diseases. This article briefly summarized the experience of Professor Jiang in the flexible use of combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for many years in the therapy of ovarian cysts. Professor Jiang has the original opinion to the pathogenesis of the disease, according to the onset of the disease in the clinical characteristics, by distinguishing benign and malignant cysts, distinguishes the cyst size, position, and distinguishing methods of concurrent disease, treats flexible （inside and outside governance） , the unique method, and the curative effect is remarkable.
