卢丙辰教授治疗冰瑕翳验案一则

Professor Lu Bingchen in the Treatment of Thin Nebulaone for One Medical Record

冰瑕翳是指形状菲薄、透明光滑、如冰上之瑕的宿翳,其翳膜须在集光下方能察见,本病相当于西医学所称的角膜云翳。得之者眼前如有物遮挡,自觉视物昏眊,影响视力。笔者在跟随卢丙辰教授侍诊过程中,收录冰瑕翳验案一则。现将其表而出之,附之以理、法、方、药的分析,希望为临床治疗冰瑕翳提供有价值的可借鉴的治疗经验。

Thin nebula belongs to old nebula. It is thin, transparent and smooth, just like the defect on the ice. Thin nebula only can be seen under the glare, it means nubeeula corneae in Western medicine. Someone suffer from thin nebula is blocked infront of their eyes, and thin nebulaaffects their vision. When Professor Lu Bingchen receives patients in otpatient, the author always follows him, and gathers one medical record of thin nebula in the process. Now author showed the medical record and its analysis of principle- method-recipe-medicines. Author hopes to provide valuable and referential treatment experience in clinical medicine.
