通络化痰汤治疗缺血性脑卒中45例

Tongluo Huatan Decoction in Treating Ischemic Stroke for 45 Cases

目的研究通络化痰汤医治缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法抽取2016年4月—2017年3月收治的缺血性脑卒中的90例患者作为实验对象。分成试验组以及对照组。试验组给予西医常规治疗联合通络化痰汤,对照组则给予西医常规治疗。比较两组的治疗结果。结果比较组间患者在经治疗后的疗效以及中医症候,试验组总有效率比对照组高,P<0.05。结论对缺血性脑卒中的患者采用通络化痰汤的治疗方法,其临床效果理想,能够提升患者满意度,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Tongluo Huatan decoction in the treatment of cerebral ischemie stroke. Methods 90 cases of ischemic stroke in our hospital from April 2016 to March 2017 were selected as experimental subjects. They were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was given Western medicine combined with Tongluo Huatan decoction. The control group was given Western medicine treatment method. The treatment results of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the curative effect and TCM symptoms was compared between the two groups. The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Tongluo Huatan decoction in the treatment of cerebral ischemic stroke has ideal clinical effect, can improve patient satisfaction, and is worthy of promotion .
