四物消风散治疗慢性湿疹的疗效及患者TH_1/TH_2平衡的影响

The Curative Effect of Siwu Xiaofeng Powder in the Treatment of Chronic Eczema and Its Impact on TH_1/TH_2 Balance in Patients with Chronic Eczema

目的探讨四物消风散加减治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效及治疗对患者TH_1/TH_2平衡的影响。方法选择2014年4月—2016年4月接受治疗的慢性湿疹患者76例作为研究对象分为观察组和对照组,均为38例,对照组盐酸非索非那定治疗,观察组四物消风散治疗,2组患者的恢复情况和TH_1/TH_2平衡比较分析。结果观察组治疗有效率96.37%;对照组治疗有效率81.58%,P<0.05;治疗后对照组与观察组患者IFN-y明显升高,IL-4明显降低,但组间比较,观察组升高和降低程度更明显,P<0.05;治疗后,观察组GATA-3表达显著低于对照组,T-bet/GATA-3显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在慢性湿疹治疗中采用中药四物消风散加减治疗能够进一步保证治疗效果,且能够调节保持IFN-y,IL-4s水平,促使TH_1/TH_2平衡。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Siwu Xiaofeng powder in the treatment of chronic eczema and its impact on TH1/ TH2 balance in patients with chronic eczema. Methods 76 cases of patients with chronic eczema between April 2014 and April 2016 treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into observation group and control group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group took fexofenadine treatment, and the observation group took Siwu Xiaofeng powder. Patients＇ recovery and TH1 / TH2 balance were carried out comparative analysis. Results The effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 96.37% and 81.58% respectively （P 〈 0.05） . After treatment, the IFN-y of the observation group and the control group increased significantly, IL - 4 of of the observation group and the control group significantly decreased, but the comparison between groups, the degree of increase and decrease in the observation group was more obvious P 〈 0.05. After treatment, the GATA -3 express of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the T-bet/ GATA-3 of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion Modified Siwu Xiaofeng powder in the treatment of chronic eczema can further guarantee the therapeutic effect, can adjust stay IFN - y, IL - 4 s level, and prompte TH1 / TH2 balance.
