复方中药欣力康治疗胃癌30例

Compound Chinese Herbal Medicine Xinlikang in the Treatment of Gastric Cancer for 30 Cases

目的观察欣力康颗粒治疗胃癌的临床疗效。方法将50例病人分为2组,试验组30例,给予欣力康颗粒治疗,1日3次,每次一包,连续2个月;对照组20例,给予MF方案化疗,每4周为一个周期,2个周期评价疗效。结果实体瘤客观疗效评定,试验组缓解率(完全缓解加部分缓解)为23.3%,MF组缓解率为25.0%,2组间无显著差异。免疫学检查结果显示,试验组经治疗后,CD3水平明显提高,CD4/CD8有明显上升,对照组治疗后,CD3水平明显下降,CD4/CD8有显著下降。2组治疗前后血清IgA、IgM、IgG无明显改变。试验组出现上腹不适、恶性、呕吐8例,对照组出现18例,2组间胃肠道副反应发生率有显著性差异。试验组治疗前后白细胞和血小板水平变化不大,对照组均有明显下降。两组治疗复查肝肾功能均未见明显异常。结论在临床上对那些年迈体弱,或由于种种原因不适于手术治疗又不愿意进行化疗的胃癌患者,可选用欣力康进行治疗,以改善其生活质量,减轻临床症状。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xinlikang granule in the treatment of gastric cancer. Methods 50 cases of gastric cancer patients were studied. The patients were divided into test group and control group. The test group was given Xinlikang granule, three times a day, one packet each time, continuous medication for 2 months. The control group was treated with MF chemotherapy protocol. The curative effect was evaluated after two cycles, 4 weeks for one cycle. Results The curative effect of solid tumors was evaluated. The remission rate （complete remission and partial remission） of the test group was 23.3%. The remission rate of the control group was 25.0%. There was no significant difference between the two groups. The results showed that the level of CD3 and CD4/CD8 in the test group was significantly increased and it was significantly decreased in the control group. The serum IgA, IgM and lgG before and after treatment in the two groups were not significantly changed. There were 8 cases of epigastrium discomfort, malignant and vomiting in the test group, and there were 18 cases in the control group. It showed significant difference in the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions between the two groups. Before and after treatment, the levels of the white blood cells and platelets in the test group didn＇t change, but it changed significantly in the control group. There were no obvious abnormality of liver and kidney function in the two groups. Conclusion For old and weak gastric patients or because of various reasons that are not suitable for surgical treatment or chemotherapy, they can choose treatment with compound Chinese herbal medicine Xinlikang to improve the quality of life, and reduce the clinical symptoms.
