穴位按摩治疗视疲劳51例

Acupoint Massage in the Treatment of Asthenopia for 51 Cases

目的观察并分析按摩联合七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液(施图伦)治疗视疲劳的临床疗效。方法将102例确诊为视疲劳的患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各51例,对照组患者采取施图伦滴眼液滴眼治疗,治疗组患者在施图伦滴眼液治疗的基础上应用穴位按摩疗法,疗程均为4周。结果 2组患者治疗后症状均有明显改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为96.07%,74.50%组间比较差异有统计学意义,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),2组患者治疗4周后症状积分与治疗前比较,组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论穴位按摩联合七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液可以有效缓解视疲劳的相关症状,效果明显优于单纯采用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液,并具有操作安全、易于接受等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of massage combined with esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops in the treatment of visual fatigue. Methods 102 cases of patients with visual fatigue were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 51 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with Strue drops eye drops. The patients in the treatment group were treated with esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops on the application of acupressure therapy. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Results The symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01） . The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 96.07% and 74.50% （P〈0.01） respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.01） . The symptom scores of the two groups were compared with those before treatment for 4 weeks. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.01） . Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops can effectively relieve the related symptoms of visual fatigue. The effect is obviously better than that of esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops. It is safe and easy to accept, and is worthy of clinical application.
