摘要
目的观察在临床护理中共情技术与普通护理改善焦虑抑郁患者心理及共情能力的作用。方法将73名焦虑抑郁患者随机分为共情护理组(n=36)与常规护理组(n=37),2组患者均正常服用黛力新治疗。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分进行对两组心理进行评估,并应用共情指数量表(EQ)、人际反应指数量表(IRI)对个体共情能力进行评价,并两组护理之后EQ、IRI与SAS、SDS进行相关性分析。结果在共情干预后护理组的SAS评分和SDS评分均显著低于普通护理组(P<0.01),EQ均高于常规护理组(P<0.05),两组EQ、IRI与SAS、SDS均成负相关,而共情护理组更明显。结论共情技术在护理中能够有效改善抑郁焦虑病人的情绪,并有效提高患者个体的共情能力,患者共情能力随焦虑抑郁情绪改善而提高。
Objective To observe the empathy nursing care for improving empathy ability of anxiety and depression patients. Methods 73 case of anxiety and depression patients were randomly divided into empathy nursing group (n = 36) and routine nursing group (n = 37) . Two groups of patients were given normal deanxit. By Anxiety Self Rating Scale (SAS) score, Depression Self Rating scale (SDS) score between two groups of psychological assessment and application of Empathy Index (EQ) , the Interpersonal Re- activity Index Table (IRI) of individual empathy ability evaluation, and two groups of nursing EQ, IRI and SAS, SDS were analyzed by correlation analysis. Results In the empathic nursing group, the scores of SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than those of the routine nursing group (P 〈 0.01) . EQ of the empathic nursing group was higher than that of the routine nursing group (P 〈 0.05) . EQ, IRI and SAS and SDS of the two groups were negative correlation, and empathy nursing group was more obvious. Condusion Empathy nursing care can effectively improve the anxiety and depression and empathy ability of individual patients. The empathy ability of patients improved with anxiety and depression.
