TiNi环抱式接骨器固定术后中西医结合护理预防肺部感染71例

Nursing of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Prevention of Pulmonary Infection after TiNi Encircling Bone Set Fixation for 71 Cases

目的研究TiNi环抱式接骨器术后中西医结合护理预防肺部感染的效果。方法 2015年2月—2017年2月收治的150例多发性肋骨骨折并血气胸患者作为研究对象,按随机数字法将患者分为2组:对照组79例患者术后采取常规护理,观察组71例患者术后给予中西医结合护理,对比2组肺部感染发生率及患者平均住院天数。结果对照组79例患者术后发生肺部感染9例,观察组71例患者术后发生肺部感染1例,对照组患者平均住院天数32天,观察组患者平均住院天数15天,对照组术后的肺部感染发生率(11.39%)及平均住院天数明显高于观察组术后的肺部感染发生率(1.40%)及平均住院天数。结论TiNi环抱式接骨器治疗多发性肋骨骨折并血气胸术后给予中西医结合护理预防肺部感染的效果较为明显,减少患者痛苦,缩短住院时间,易于被患者接受,是一种值得在护理临床上推广应用的新趋势和全新的中医护理方案。

Objective To study the effect of nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the prevention of pulmonary infection after TiNi encircling bone set fixation. Methods 150 cases of multiple rib fractures and hemopneumothorax were treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected as subjects. Patients were divided into two groups by random number method. 79 patients in the control group received routine nursing. In the observation group, 71 patients were nursed with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The incidence of pulmonary infection in two groups and the average hospitalization days were compared. Results In the control group, 9 cases of pulmonary infection occurred after operation. In the observation group, 1 ease of pulmonary infection occurred after operation. The average hospital stay was 32 days. Average hospitalized days of the observation group were 15 days. The incidence of pulmonary infection in the control group （11.39 %） and the average hospitalization days were significantly higher than that in observation group （1.40%） and the average hospitalization days. Conclusion TiNi encircling bone set fixation in the treatment of multiple rib fractures and blood gas pneumothorax, combined with nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, can obviously prevent pulmonary infection, reduce the pain, shorten the hospitalization time, and is easy to he accepted by the patient. It is a new trend and new traditional Chinese medicine nursing program, and is worthy of popularizing application in nursing clinical medicine.
