中医护理技术在肿瘤晚期应用的效果观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Technique in Patients with Advanced Tumor

目的观察在对肿瘤晚期患者实施护理服务的过程中中医护理技术的应用效果。方法选取2014年10月—2015年10月接受肿瘤晚期治疗的患者180例作为实验研究的对象,按照患者入院顺序的不同将其分为2组,运用常规护理方法实施护理服务的90例患者作为常规护理组,在常规护理基础上加用中医护理技术的90例患者作为中医护理组,对2组患者的护理效果进行对比和分析。结果与常规护理组患者相比中医护理组患者在生活质量、睡眠质量以及疼痛反应等情况上均存在明显优势,差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在为肿瘤晚期病人提供护理服务的过程中,中医护理技术的运用不仅仅可以改善患者的生活质量、睡眠质量,同时,也可以减轻患者的疼痛程度,提高了患者的生存质量,具有理想的护理效果,值得予以临床推广。

Objective To observe the appkication effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique in patients with advanced tumor. Methods 180 cases of patients with advanced tumor who treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were selected, and the patients were divided into two gorups according to the order of admission. 90 patients who received routine nursing were included into the routing nursing group, and the other 90 patients who received traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of routine nursing were included into the traditional Chinese medicine nursing group. The nursing effect were compared and analyzed between two groups. Results Comparing with the routine nursing group, the traditional Chinese medicine nursing group had better obvious advantage in the quality of lufe, quality of sleep, and pain response, and the differences were statistically significant （P〉0.05） . Conclusion In the process of providing nursing for patients with advanced tumor, the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing can not only improve the quality of life and sleep quality, but also can reduee the patient＇s pain, improve the quality of life of patients, and has ideal nursing effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
