延冰通心片对心肌梗死大鼠血流动力学及抗氧化损伤能力的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Yanbing Tongxin Tablets on Hemodynamics and Antioxidant Capacity in Rats with Myocardial Infarction

摘要 目的研究延冰通心片对心肌梗死模型大鼠血流动力学及抗氧化损伤能力的影响。方法通过异丙肾上腺素诱导建立心肌梗死模型。将50只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分成空白对照组、心肌梗死模型组、延冰通心片低剂量组、延冰通心片高剂量组及卡托普利组。空白对照组及心肌梗死模型组灌胃蒸馏水,延冰通心片低剂量组灌胃延冰通心片溶液,剂量为30 mg/kg/d,延冰通心片高剂量组灌胃延冰通心片溶液,剂量为60 mg/kg/d,卡托普利组灌胃卡托普利溶液,剂量为50 mg/kg/d,所有组大鼠灌胃给药体积均为20 m L/kg/d。给药4周后测定各组大鼠观察各组大鼠心脏形态学,血流动力学参数,测定大鼠体内血清丙二醛(MDA)含量,血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性等参数。结果延冰通心片能明显降低心肌梗死模型大鼠的心室脏器指数,升高平均动脉压(MAP)、左心室内压最大上升和下降速率(±dp/dtmax),降低左心室舒张末压(LVEDP)。降低心肌梗死模型大鼠体内血清MDA含量,提高血清SOD及GSH-Px活性。结论延冰通心片通过改善心肌梗死模型大鼠血流动力学及增加机体抗氧化能力发挥其对心肌梗死模型大鼠的保护作用。 Objective To study the effects of Yanbing Tongxin tablets on hemodynamics and antioxidant capacity in rats with myocardial infarction. Methods With Large dosage injection of isoproterenol to establish rat myocardial fibrosis model, the wistar rats were divided into 5 groups, including sham operation group, Myocardial infarction model group, Yanbing Tongxin tablets low group, Yanbing Tongxin tablets high group and Captopril group. The rats in sham operation group and remodeling model group were fed with distilled water. The Yanbing Tongxin tablets group was treated Yanbing Tongxin tablets (with 30mg·kg^-1·d^-1 or 60mg·kg^-1·d^-1) . The Captopril group was treated Captopril (with 50·kg^-1·d^-1, i.g) . After 4 weeks, morphological parameters, hemodynamic changes, histopathologic parameters were determined in rats. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum and myocardial Ang I1, the activities of super- oxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in serum were also determined. Results After treated by Yanbing Tongxin tablets, left ventrieular absolute weight and cardiac coefficient were decreased significantly, the mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) and the maximum left ventricular presure rising and dropping rates (+dp/dtmax) were increased significantly, then the left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP) was reduced significandy. In addition, the content of MDA in serum was declined, and then the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in serum were increased markedly in Yanbing Tongxin tablets low group, Yanbing Tongxin tablets high group. Conclusion Yanbing Tongxin tablets has protective effect on rats with myocardial infarction in rats by improving the myocardial infarction model rats' hemodynamics and increases the body's antioxidant capacity.
