中药敷脐防治胸腰椎骨折后腹胀便秘进展

Progress on the Chinese Herbal Medicine Umbilical Compress Therapy in the Prevention and Treatment of Abdominal Distension and Constipation after Thoracolumbar Fracture

近年来,胸腰椎骨折后腹胀便秘成为一大热点问题,西医解决腹胀便秘的疗效明显但无法达到有效根治的作用,易复发。中药敷脐的方法解决了西医无法从根本上治疗腹胀便秘的问题,且简便易行,疗效稳定,大多患者在采用中药敷脐疗法后并无明显的副作用。通过对相关文献的整理分析发现多种中药敷脐方法对腹胀便秘能够起到标本兼治的作用,本文总结了不同的中药敷脐配方及敷脐方法,分析其作用机制,发现临床实践中存在的问题,并提出针对性的意见以便进一步深入研究,为临床提供相应的指导。

Western medicine solves the abdominal distension with significantly effect, but can not achieve the effect of effective radical treatment, and is easy to relapse. Chinese herbal medicine umbilical compress therapy solves solves the problem that the western medicine can not treat the abdominal distension and constipation fundamentally, and is simple and convenient, and the curative effect is stable, and most patients have no obvious side effects. Through the analysis of the relevant literatures, it is found that the method of applying Chinese herbal medicine to abdominal distension and constipation can play a role in treating both the symptoms and so on. This paper summarized the different methods of applying umbilical formula and applying umbilical method, and analyzing its mechanism, and put forward targeted advice for further study to provide the appropriate guidance for the clinical medicine.
