摘要
中医药事业的发展急需应用型创新型人才的培养。为提高中医药学生的科研创新能力,开展教学科研相结合的中医药抗病毒技术科研培训研究,同时设立未参加培训的对照组。研究结果显示:试验组学生与对照组相比,科研创新思维、技能、知识、能力都得到了显著地提高。本研究为创新型人才培养模式的探索提供了新的思路。
The development of Chinese medicine is badly in need of innovative talents. In order to improve the competence of scien-tific research and innovation of Chinese medicine students, we carried out the study on anti-virus technology training, combining curriculum and scientific research. Meanwhile, we set up the control group, which did not participate in the training. The results showed that the students in the experimental group have significantly inspired their creative thinking, cultivated their research skills and im-proved innovative ability. This study provided new idea for the exploration of innovative talents training model.
