中医皮肤科医师规范化培训中多轨联合教学的探讨

Discussion on Multi-track Joint Teaching in Standardized Training of TCM Dermatologists

目前中医医师规范化培训已成为每位中医临床医师教育培养的必经阶段。进入皮肤科轮训的中医医师,由于学位学制的多样化、医师培训阶段的不同、临床锻炼的经验差异等,使用单一的教学模式方法进行临床教学,往往得不到理想的教学效果。因此,我们提出可以根据不同教育程度、不同培训阶段对临床培训的中医医师进行"私人订制化(因材施教)"的临床教学,采用多轨联合的教学方式,以更好地达到不同层次中医医师培训的目的。

At present, standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine physicians has become the necessary stage for the train-ing of TCM clinicians. Traditional Chinese medicine practitioners who have entered the dermatology are often taught by a single teaching method and not get ideal teaching effect because of the diversification of the degree system, the different training stages of the physician, the difference in the experience of clinical exercise. According to different levels of education and different training stages of clinical training physicians, we can carried out ＂ private customization＂ clinical teaching and achieve multi-track combination of teaching methods to better meet the different groups of physician training purposes.
