定经汤异病同治的临床应用

The Clinical Application of Dingjing Decoction from "Treating Different Diseases by the Same Method"

辨证论治是中医学的精华,是指导中医临床诊疗的基本原则。"异病同治"就是在此原则的指导下产生的,基于"异病同治"这一原则,阐述定经汤在不孕症、绝经综合征、卵巢早衰、月经先后不定期、经间期出血、青春期多囊卵巢综合征这6种妇科疾病的临床应用。近年来,大量文献资料表明,定经汤在治疗妇科疾病方面效果显著,充分体现了中医学中"异病同治"这一思想。

Treatment based on syndrome differentiation is the essence of traditional Chinese medicine, is the basic principle to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. ＂ Treating different diseases by the same method＂ is produced un-der the guidance of this principle. Based on this principle of ＂ treating different diseases by the same method＂, it elaborated the clinical application of Dingjing decoction in six kinds of gynecological diseases including infertility, menopause syndrome, premature ovarian failure, irregular menstruation, intermenstrual bleeding and adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome. In recent years, a large number of literature showed that Dingjing decoction in the treatment of gynecological diseases has significant effect, fully embodies the idea of ＂ treating different diseases by the same method＂ in traditional Chinese medicine.
