温阳通络宣痹汤治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Wenyang Tongluo Xuanbi Decoction on Windcold-dampness Retention Type Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的观察自拟方温阳通络宣痹汤对寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎患者的疗效,为治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎提供临床诊治思路。方法选取河南省中医院风湿病科风寒湿痹型类风湿关节炎患者50例,随机分为2组,每组25例,即治疗组(温阳通络宣痹汤治疗)及对照组(甲氨蝶呤治疗),疗程均为1个月。观察并分析两组间患者的临床症状及中医证候疗效等指标,并记录不良反应等情况。结果治疗组与对照组临床症状疗效评价总有效率分别为95.65%和69.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温阳通络宣痹汤能够减轻寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎患者的临床症状,且具有一定的临床安全性,值得临床考虑。

Objective To observe the effect of Wenyang Tongluo Xuanbi decoction on windcold-dampness retention type rheumatoid arthritis, and to provide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Fifty patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（Wenyang Tongluo Xuanbi decoction） and control group（MTX）, treatment for 1 month. The clinical symp-toms and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and other indicators, adverse reactions in the treatment of patients were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 96.65 % and 69.57%, respectively and difference had statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Wenyang Tongluo Xuanbi decoction can relieve the clinical symptoms of windcold-dampness retention type rheumatoid arthritis, and has certain clinical safety, So it deserved considering in clinical work.
