针刺胃痛穴配合周来兴胃2方治疗寒热错杂型胃脘痛的临床观察

Observation on Acupuncture Stomachache Point Combined with Zhou Laixing Stomach 2 Prescription in the Treatment of Intermingled Cold and Heat Gastritis

目的观察针刺胃痛穴配合周来兴"胃2方"治疗寒热错杂型胃脘痛的临床疗效。方法选取我院门诊脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者176例,按就诊顺序随机分为观察组88例和对照组88例,观察组用针刺胃痛穴配合周来兴胃2方治疗,对照组采用山莨菪碱注射液5 mg肌注及口服雷贝拉唑片进行治疗,观察2组治疗效果及出现的不良反应。结果观察组起效时间明显快于对照组,且治疗总有效率亦优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(93.2%vs70.5%)(P<0.05),且均未出现严重不良反应。结论针刺胃痛穴配合周来兴"胃2方"临床应用疗效确切,起效快,无副作用,在临床上取得了较为满意的效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture stomachache point combined with Zhou Laixing stomach 2 pre-scription in the treatment of intermingled cold and heat gastritis. Methods Selecting 176 cases of patients with intermingled cold and heat gastritis in our hospital outpatient were randomly divided into observation group of 88 cases and control group of 88 cases. The observation group was treated with acupuncture stomachache point combined with Zhou Laixing stomach 2 prescription. The control group used anisodamine 5 mg muscle injection and oral rabeprazole tablets for treatment. The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were observed. Results Working time of the observation group was obviously faster than that of the control group, and the total effec-tive rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. And there was has no severe adverse reaction occurred. Conclusion Acupuncture stomachache point combined with Zhou Laixing stomach 2 prescription in the treatment of intermingled cold and heat gastritis has definitely clinical curative effect, works fast, has no side ef-fect, and relatively satisfactory results have been achieved in clinic medicine.
