摘要
目的研究桑白皮总黄酮对小鼠睡眠功能和自发活动的影响。方法 1)催眠:昆明种小鼠随机分为生理盐水对照组、1.0 mg/kg桑白皮总黄酮组、2.0 mg/kg桑白皮总黄酮组、4.0 mg/kg桑白皮总黄酮组(下同),观察给药后桑白皮总黄酮对各组小鼠阈上剂量和阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间和入睡时间(睡眠作用)的影响;2)自发活动:采用抖笼法测定桑白皮总黄酮对小鼠自发活动(镇静作用)的影响。结果 1)各剂量的桑白皮总黄酮均能显著缩短阈上剂量和阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠的入睡时间和显著延长阈上剂量和阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠的睡眠时间;2)各剂量的桑白皮总黄酮对小鼠自发活动均具有明显抑制作用,均能明显减少中波和大波的活动。结论桑白皮总黄酮具有明显的抑制小鼠自发活动和镇静催眠作用。
Objective To study the effects of the sedative hypnosis of the flavonoids in white mulberry root-bark. Methods Hypnosis:kunming mice were randomly divided into normal saline control group, 1.0 mg/kg flavonoids in white mulberry root-bark group, 2.0mg/kg flavonoids in white mulberry root-bark group, 4.0 mg/kg flavonoids in white mulberry root-bark group(the same below), observe the effetcs of the dosage groups of mice on the threshold dose and subthreshold dose of sodium pentobarbital to sleeping time and fall-sleep time(sleep effects); spontaneous activity: to determine the effect of spontaneous activity(sedation) in mice by using the shaking-cage method. Results Each dose of flavonoids in white mulberry root-bark group can significantly accelerate the threshold dose and subthreshold dose of sodium pentobarbital fall-sleep time and significantly prolong threshold dose and subthreshold dose of sodium pentobarbital sleeping time. Each dose of flavonoids in white mulberry root-bark group can significantly inhibit the spontaneous activity of the mice, and they can also significantly reduce the activity of middle and large waves. Conclusion Flavonoids in white mulberry root-bark can obviously inhibiting the spontaneous activity of mice and have sedative hypnosis effect.
