摘要 [目的]本试验旨在研究蒸汽压片玉米对放牧犏雌牛产奶性能的影响,[方法]试验选择30头常年放牧犏雌牛,分为试验组和对照组。傍晚归牧后每头补饲精料(玉米)0.75kg/d。试验组用蒸汽压片玉米替代粉碎玉米。每10天测定一次产奶量,直至试验结束。[结果]试验第一个月和第二个月试验组产奶量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),比对照组产奶量分别提高了1.97%、16.29%;第三个月试验组产奶量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),产奶量比对照组提了32.26%。试验组犏雌牛奶的蛋白质、乳糖稍高于对照组,脂肪、总固稍低于对照组,但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。经效益测算,补饲三个月内,试验组比对照组只均每天增收3.53元,差异显著(P<0.05)。[结论]用蒸汽压片玉米对放牧犏雌牛进行补饲,显著提高了其产奶量,延长了产奶高峰期,可有效增加养殖经济效益。 [Objective] The purpose of this study was to study the effects of steam flaked corn on mil- king performance of female cattle--yak yak. [method] We chose 30 perennial Grazing female cattle--yak yak, and divided them into experimental group and control group, which was fed 0.75 kg feed (corn)/day. The test group replaced crush corn with steam flaked corn. The yak weighted once a month until the end of test. [results] Milk yield of experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0. 05) in the first and second month, which increased by 1.97% and 16.29% respectively, compared with the control group. Milk yield in the third month was very significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.01), and the milk yield was 32.26% higher than that in the control group. Results: The protein and lactose in the test group were slightly higher than the control group, and the fat and total sol- ids were lower than the control group, but the difference was not significant (P〈0.01). "The results showed that each in the experimental group received an average of 3.53 yuan more than the control group per day in three months (P〈0.05). [Conclusion] Feeding female cattle yak with steam flaked corn in- creased the yield of milk, prolonged the peak of milk production, and effectively increased the economic ef- ficiency of breeding.
