消瘤平体外对人前列腺癌PC-3细胞凋亡、侵袭和迁移的影响

The Effect of Xiaoliuping(消瘤平) on Apoptosis, Invasion and Migration in Human Prostate Cancer PC-3 Cells

目的:研究消瘤平体外抑制人前列腺癌PC-3生长、诱导凋亡及对侵袭和迁移的影响。方法:体外培养PC-3细胞,以不同浓度的消瘤平处理细胞,MTT法检测消瘤平对细胞生长的抑制效果;流式细胞术测消瘤平对细胞凋亡的影响;Transwell小室法测细胞的侵袭和迁移能力。结果:消瘤平显著抑制PC-3细胞的生长,呈浓度和时间依耐性;促进PC-3细胞凋亡;抑制PC-3细胞侵袭和迁移。结论:消瘤平抑制人前列腺癌PC-3细胞增殖的作用机制与诱导其凋亡及抑制其侵袭和迁移有关。

Objective： To investigate the activity of proliferation, apoptosis, invasive and migration on Human prostate cancer PC-3 cells by Xiaoliuping （消瘤平）. Methods： PC-3 cells were cultured in vitro, and MTT was performed to observe the proliferation. Flow cytometry was utilized to measure the apoptosis. The migration and invasive ability of PC-3 cells were measured by Transwell assay. Results： Xiaoliuping could inhibit the proliferation of PC-3 cells in vitro, by the concentration and time-dependent manner. Xiaoliuping could elevated the apoptosis rates, and significantly inhibited the migration and invasive ability of PC-3 ceils in a dosedependent manner. Conclusion： Xiaoliuping could inhibit the proliferation of PC-3 cells, the mechanism be related with the induction of apoptosis and the inhibition of invasion and migration.
