舒血宁联合盐酸美金刚对老年痴呆的疗效及日常生活能力的影响

Effects of Shuxuening Injection(舒血宁注射液) Combined with Memantine Hydrochloride on Serum CRP, Hcy, FA Levels and Daily Living Ability in Alzheimer's Patients

目的:探讨舒血宁注射液联合盐酸美金刚对老年痴呆患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、叶酸(FA)水平变化及日常生活能力的影响。方法:收集77例老年痴呆患者,随机分组,对照组38例予以盐酸美金刚治疗,治疗组39例予以盐酸美金刚+舒血宁注射液治疗,观察比较两组临床治疗效果、认知功能(MMSE)评分及血清CRP、Hcy、FA水平变化情况,并统计两组不良反应发生情况及日常生活能力(ADL)评分。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率为92.31%(36/39),高于对照组73.68%(28/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗3个月后血清CRP、Hcy水平均低于对照组,FA水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后治疗组MMSE评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为15.38%(6/39),对照组为10.53%(4/38),组间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后治疗组ADL评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒血宁注射液联合盐酸美金刚治疗老年痴呆,疗效显著,安全性高,可改善患者认知功能及日常生活能力。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Shuxuening injection （舒血宁注射液） combined with memantine hydrochloride on serum C-reactive protein （CRP）, homocysteine （Hcy）, folic acid （FA） level and daily living ability in elderly patients with dementia. Methods： The 77 patients with Alzheimer＇s disease were randomly divided into control group （n=38） and observation group （n=39）, the control group was treated with memantine hydrochloride and the observation group was treated with memantine hydrochloride and Shuxuening injection, the clinical treatment, cognitive function （MMSE） and serum CRP, Hcy and FA levels were observed and compared between the two groups, and statistically analyzed the incidence of adverse reactions and daily living ability （ADL） scores. Results： The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.31% （36/39）, higher than that in the control group （73.68%, 28/38）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.05）; The serum CRP and Hey levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 3 months after treat- ment, and the FA level was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈O.05）; The MMSE score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 3 months of treatment （P〈O.05）; There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group 15.38% （6/39） and the control group 10.$3% （4/38） （P〉0.05）; The ADL score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after 3 months of treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shuxuening injection combined with memantine hydrochloride in treatment of senile dementia gets a significant effect, with high safety, which can improve the patient＇s cognitive function and daily living ability.
