探究式教学法在《中医护理学》中的研究与应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的:研究将探究式教学法应用于《中医护理学》的教学成效。方法:将在性别、年龄、入学成绩均具有可比性的长沙卫生职业学院2015级护理专业专科班的100名女学生作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分配至试验组和对照组,每组各50人。选取高等教育出版社出版的《中医护理学》中的"第六章经络、腧穴与针推疗法"与"第九章养生保健"作为教学内容,两组护生的教师均由笔者担任。试验组采用探究式教学法,对照组采用传统授课方法。授课内容全部讲述完毕后1周给两组学生发放调查问卷表,根据学生的反馈结果,采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析,从而得出研究结论。结果:无论是两种教学法的教学成效比较还是两组学生综合素质自我评定比较,试验组均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:探究式教学法不仅能取得良好的教学成效,更能从根本上提升学生的综合素质,是适用于《中医护理学》的优秀教学方法。 Objective: To study the effect of inquiry teaching method in traditional Chinese medicine nursing. Methods: The 100 female students of nursing in 2015 grade were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group of 50 students. Chose the sixth chapter of "meridians and acupoints with acupuncture and massage therapy" and the ninth chapter of "health care" in 〈Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing〉 which published in Higher Education Publishing House as the teaching content, two group was taught by the same teacher. The experimental group adopted the inquiry teaching method, while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method. After the teaching finished, the questionnaire was sent to the 2 groups, according to the feedback of the students, using SPSS 17.0 software for statistical analysis, so as to draw con- clusions. Results: Compared with the control group, the teaching effect and students" comprehensive quality of the experimental group both better than the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Inquiry teaching method can not only achieve good teaching effect, but also can improve the overall quality of students. It is an excellent teaching method suitable for 〈Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing〉.
