摘要
该文综合分析了现有颈椎康复器存在的问题,在确定颈椎牵引力及牵引时间之后,根据机械力学及气压作用原理设计出全自动颈椎康复器的机械结构部分,再实现其自动控制,最终研制出了便携且可实现全自动控制的颈椎康复器,经临床试用,治疗有效率近90%。
This paper comprehensive analysis of the existing problems of cervical vertebra rehabilitation,after determined the cervical traction force and traction time,the mechanical structure of the full automatic cervical vertebra rehabilitation instrument were designed according to the mechanical and pneumatic principle.Then,its automatic control was implemented.Eventually,a portable and automatic control cervical vertebra rehabilitation instrument was developed.The clinical trial,the treatment efficient nearly 90%.
