海南省农村已婚育龄妇女生殖健康状况及其行为影响因素研究

Study on reproductive health status and influencing factors of behavior among rural married women of reproductive age in Hainan province

目的了解海南省农村已婚育龄妇女生殖健康关于知识认知、态度、行为状况,并分析其影响因素。方法选择分层整群随机抽样法,选取850位农村已婚育龄妇女进行问卷调查,运用Epi Data3.0和SPSS17.0进行有关统计,采用χ~2检验,并就影响因素进行非条件Logistic分析。结果海南省农村已婚育龄妇女有关生殖健康知识知晓率为48.5%,生殖健康相关行为持有率为61.6%;影响农村已婚育龄妇女生殖健康知识知晓率的主要因素为职业、自我健康满意度及自述平时注重健康情况;影响生殖健康行为持有率的主要因素有文化程度、自我健康满意度及生殖健康知识总知晓情况。结论建议开展以生殖健康为切入点进行社区家庭医生签约服务;规范并提高社区健康教育服务管理。

Objective To understand the cognition of knowledge,attitude,behavior status of reproductive health among rural married women of reproductive age in Hainan province and analyze its influencing factors. Methods 850 rural married women of reproductive age were selected by stratified cluster random sampling method to carry out a questionnaire survey.Epi Data3. 0 and SPSS17. 0 were used to analyze data,chi-square test and non conditional Logistic regression were used to analyze influencing factors. Results The total awareness rate of reproductive health knowledge among the rural married women of reproductive age in Hainan province was 48. 5%,the holding rate of reproductive health related behaviors was 61. 6%,Logistic regression analysis found that the main influencing factors of awareness rate of reproductive health knowledge among the rural married women of reproductive age included occupation,self-health satisfaction and self-reported usually paying attention to health. The main influencing factors of holding rate of reproductive health related behaviors included educational level,self health satisfaction and awareness of reproductive health knowledge. Conclusion It is suggested that the community health service should be contracted with the reproductive health as the breakthrough point,and the community health education service management should be standardized and improved.
