哈尔滨市某商业楼建设项目卫生学预评价

A hygiene pre evaluation of a commercial building construction project in Harbin

目的对哈尔滨市某商业楼建设项目进行预评价。方法通过对现有材料和图纸的分析,并采用现场调查法对该项目进行卫生学评价。结果该商业楼工程概况、公共场所健康影响因素、工作场所健康影响因素的卫生标准、建设项目总体布局与功能分区评价和工作场所职业危害因素评价均符合建设项目卫生学预评价要求,项目设计与卫生防护设施设计基本合理。结论通过对相关材料的评估,认为该商业楼的初步设计能考虑投入使用后可能产生的部分卫生学问题,并提出相应的控制措施。为达到保障公共场所人群身体健康的目的,提出改进意见和建议。

Objective To pre evaluate a commercial building construction project in Harbin. Methods The field investigation evaluation was used to analyze by existing data and drawings. Results The commercial building＇s engineering survey,public health,workplace health factors affecting the overall layout and functional factors of health standards,the construction project area evaluation and workplace occupation hazards and hazard assessment conformed to the hygienic evaluation of construction project requirements,project design and design of basic health protection facilities were reasonable. Conclusion Through the assessment of the relevant materials,the preliminary design of health problems may have as the commercial building put into use,and put forward the control measures,to achieve the purpose of protecting the health of the people in public places,and put forward the improvement opinions and suggestions.
