“校企站”协同创新模式共建“双师型”教师培训基地

摘要 当前国家把"双师型"教师队伍的建设提到了前所未有的战略高度,加大"双师型"教师培训基地的建设是壮大队伍、提高质量的重要举措。笔者管窥各地职教师资培训基地现状,探析基地发展存在问题及校企共建职教师资培训基地的意义,提出校企共建职教师资培训基地思路,并以天津现代职业技术学院通过"校企站"三方协同的创新模式与企业共建双师型教师培训基地为实例,对校企共建双师型教师培训基地进行剖析,以推动职教师资培训事业迈上新台阶。 The current state of the construction of "double qualification teacher" referred to an unprecedented strategic height, to increase the quantity and improve the quality of " double qualification teacher" training base are important. Through the development of local vocational teacher training base, study on existing problems and the meaning of the base, put forward enterprise cooperation with Tianjin Modem Vocational Technology College, through the "college - en- terprise -station" innovation mode collaborative teacher training base as an example, in order to promote the training of vocational teachers career to a new level.
