不同生源背景下研究生和谐宿舍构建研究——以云南师范大学研究生为例

The Study on the Harmonious Dormitory Construction of Graduate Students in Different Backgrounds of Students Source——Take the Graduate Student of Yunnan Normal University as an Example

和谐的研究生宿舍文化对研究生的健康成长成才起着重要的积极作用。当前在研究生宿舍文化建设中,研究生个体之间的生活与学习管理的差异、生源背景的复杂等问题是突出问题。面对这些问题,研究生管理工作者应该从开展心理咨询工作,加强民族文化沟通,提高研究生思想政治教育进宿舍工作的艺术性3个方面进行,只有这三个方面同时下手才能使研究生宿舍在复杂的生源背景下保持和谐。

The harmonious graduate dormitory culture has an important positive effect on the healthy growth of graduate students. At present, in the construction of postgraduate dormitory culture, the difference between the life and study management of the graduate students and the complexity of the source background are prominent problems. When facing these problems, the graduate management workers should make it from three aspects of carrying out psychological counse- ling work, strengthening the national culture communication and improving the graduate students ideological and political education into the artistic quality the dormitory work. At the same time, we could make graduate student dormitory to keep harmony in the complex background of students source.
