现代学徒制人才培养模式已经被越来越多的高职院校所采用,但同时也产生了很多问题。如何加强学校与企业的深入联系,如何保证对高职生的思想政治教育贯穿教育教学全过程,培养社会所需要的人才。所以必须基于现代学徒制的特点,针对性的进行高职大学生思想政治教育策略改革,满足人才培养的需要。

The modem apprenticeship system has been adopted by more and more vocational colleges, but it also has many problems.
