摘要
本文以人才流动为视角,阐明了人才问题的相关概念,并通过对京津冀区域相关数据资料的综合分析,针对我省人才流动特点和人才环境存在的问题,从政府职能视角出发,着力于提升公共管理能力,针对优化河北省人才环境问题提出措施建议。
Taking the perspective of talent flow, this paper illustrates the related concepts of the talent problem. Through a comprehensive analysis of the related data of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region, it is aiming at the existing talent flow char- acteristics and talent environment, starting from the perspective of the government functions to focus on improving public management ability and optimize the talent environment problems in Hebei province, and then puts forward measures and suggestions.
