摘要
通过对昌吉学院在皮山县支教的107名师范生进行问卷调查、访谈及课堂观察,发现师范生在课堂教学实习过程中,普遍存在教学设计不够合理周密、教学方法单一、课堂管理监控能力较欠缺、听课流于形式等问题.针对以上问题提出了解决双语课堂教学实习问题的相应对策。
By conducting questionnaire, interviewing method and classroom observation on 107 normal students of Changji University who aid education in the Pishan county, the paper discoveries some problems when the normal students are in the process of the classroom teaching practice. For example, the teaching design is not enough rational and meticulous in general ; the teaching method is too monotonous ; the monitor capability of classroom management is ab- sent; attending a lecture is only a form and so on. The paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures on the teaching practice problem of bilingual classroom in terms of the above problems.
