太极拳是中华民族智慧的结晶,蕴涵了许多优秀的中国传统文化,中小学生是传承中国传统文化的重要接班人.文章通过文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,提出太极拳运动在中小学推广的依据和价值,探讨推广太极拳的可行性及方法,为丰富校园文化和太极拳的发展提供更多的途径.

Taijiquan is the crystallization of the wisdom of the Chinese nation.It contains a lot of excellent traditional Chinese culture. Primary and secondary school students are the an important successor to the traditional Chinese culture. This article, through the research methods of literature, interviews, questionnaire survey method, logical analysis method, puts forward the Taijiquan movement in the promotion of the basis and value of primary and secondary schools, to explore the feasibility and method of promotion of Taijiquan, to provide more ways to enrich the campus culture and the development of Taijiquan.
