维药尿通卡克乃其片治疗单纯性尿路感染的临床效果

Clinical effect of Niaotongkakenaiqi tablets on simple urinary tract infection

目的观察维药尿通卡克乃其片对单纯性尿路感染患者的疗效。方法选取2016年5～11月于新疆医科大学第二附属医院门诊及住院治疗的单纯性尿路感染患者45例，按就诊顺序随机分为尿通卡克乃其片组（尿通组）、头孢地尼组（头孢组）、尿通卡克乃其片联合头孢地尼组（联合组），各15例。尿通组仅给予尿通卡克乃其片；头孢组仅给予头孢地尼胶囊；联合组给予尿通卡克乃其片联用头孢地尼胶囊，3组均治疗7d。于治疗前和治疗结束后5d分别作尿常规检查，记录3组患者的临床症状消失时间，比较治愈率及有效率。结果3组的治愈率及有效率比较，差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0．05）。尿通组和联合组的尿频、尿急、尿痛、下腹坠胀症状消失时间均明显短于头孢组[（4．5±2．6）、（4．5±2．4）d比（6．7±1．9）d，（4．1±2．1）、（4．0±2．2）d比（6．1±1．9）d，（3．3±2．7）、（3．3±2．1）d比（5．4±1．8）d，（4．0±2．6）、（3．9±1．4）d比（6．0±2．0）d]，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）；尿通组与联合组之间比较，各症状消失时间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论对于临床症状较轻的单纯性尿路感染患者，可单用尿通卡克乃其片治疗，可有效缓解临床症状且不会降低临床有效率。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Niaotongkakenaiqi tablets on patients with simple urinary tract infection. Methods Forty-five patients with simple urinary tract infection who were treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from May to November 2016 were enrolled. According to the order of admission, the patients were randomly divided into Niaotongkakenaiqi tablets group（ Niaotong group）, cefdinir group and Niaotongkakenaiqi tablets ＋ cefdinir group（ combination group）, with 15 cases in each group; the treatments lasted for 7 d. Routine urine test was performed before and 5 d after treatment; symptom disappearing time, cure rate and effective rate were analyzed. Results There were no significant differences of cure rate and effective rate among groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The disappearing time of frequent urination, urgent urination, painful urination and abdominal distention in Niaotong group and combination group were significantly shorter than those in cefdinir group[ （4. 5 ±2.6）, （4.5 ±2.4）d vs （5.7 ± 1.9）d; （4. 1 ±2. 1）, （4.0 ±2.2）d vs （6. 1 ± 1.9）d; （3.3 ±2.7）, （3.3±2.1）dvs （5.4 ±1.8）d; （4.0±2.6）, （3.9±1.4）d vs （6.0±2.0）d]（P〈0.05）. The symptom disappearing time had no significant difference between Niaotong group and combination group （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Niaotongkakenaiqi tablets is effective in alleviating simple urinary tract infection.
