Research on Supporting Mechanism of High-end Manufacturing Industry in Shanghai Suburb

促进上海郊区高端制造业发展,需要积极对接"中国制造2025"战略,围绕上海城市发展定位以及当前存在的瓶颈问题,应借鉴发达经济体的经验,在协同创新、成本降低、主体集聚培育、人力保障、财税支持、服务支撑、环境营造等方面构建有效的支持机制,以实现精准施策。

To promote the development of high-end manufacturing industry in Shanghai suburb, we need to actively dock the ＂ Made in China 2025 ＂ strategy. Focusing on the development orientation of Shanghai and the current bottlenecks, we should draw lessons from the experience of developed economies, and build effective support mechanism in the aspects of synergy innovation, cost reduction, main agglomeration, human security, financial support, service support, environment construction and so on, in order to achieve precise measures and policies.
