财富管理是国际金融中心建设的重要组成部分,是国家高效率配置金融资源的重要手段。上海作为国际金融中心已具备拥有相对完善的金融市场体系、拥有较多跨国金融和财富管理机构、拥有较多专业性的财富管理人才等优势,这些都为上海成为"一带一路"倡议背景下的财富管理中心提供了发展的可能性。但"一带一路"倡议在实施过程中还有多种不确定性,会给上海财富管理中心建设带来挑战。

However, there are many uncertainties in the implementation of ＂The Belt and Road＂ initiative, which will bring challenges to the construction of Shanghai wealth management center.
