上海市浦东新区家庭医生对家庭医生制度下医养结合模式的认知状况调查

Survey of Family Doctors' Cognition on Family Doctor System and Combination of Medical and Support Mode in Pudong New Area of Shanghai City

目的:了解家庭医生对目前家庭医生制度下医养结合模式推行现状的认知,探索家庭医生制度下医养结合模式卫生监管策略。方法:选取上海市浦东新区社区卫生服务中心的家庭医生开展认知情况调查。结果:目前家庭医生个人最需要改善的状况依次为收入、工作能力、职称晋升机会、外出培训机会;关注家庭医生制度政策的占94.0%,关注医养结合政策的占70.2%,认为家庭医生政策宣传力度大的占67.0%,认为医养结合政策宣传力度大的占36.7%,认为家庭医生制度和医养结合存在困难的占78.5%;上门服务过程中尚存在医疗风险或隐患、交通、消毒隔离、医疗安全等需要解决的问题。结论:家庭医生保障仍有不足,需进一步改善家庭医生收入、强化专业能力、提供更多晋升和培训机会;家庭医生对家庭医生制度下医养结合模式关注度高,医养结合相关宣传力度需加强;医养结合推进过程中能力、规范、卫生、安全等需求和问题亟待解决,应进一步规范家庭服务行为。卫生行政主管部门应加强规范管理,探索有效管理机制。

Objective ：To understand the family doctor＇s cognition about the current situation of family doctor system and combination of medical and support mode, explore the health supervision strategy about family doctor system and combination of medical and support mode.Methods： Family doctors in community health service centers in Pudong New Area, Shanghai were randomly selected to carry out the investigation of coguition.Results： At present, most of the family physicians need to improve their income, work ability, promotion opportunities, training opportunities.The Proportion for concerned about the family doctor system policy accounted 94.0%, the proportion for concerned about combination of medical and support policy accounted for 70.2%,the proportion for concerned about efforts of publicity aboutfamily doctor system policy accounted for 67.0%, the proportion for concerned about ef- forts of publicity about combination of medical and support policy accounted for 36.7%, the proportion for concerned about the diffi- culties between family doctor system and combination of medical and support mode accounted for 78.5%. In the process of home service ,there were still some problems such as medical risks or hidden dangers, traffic, disinfection and isolation, medical safety and so on. Conclusion：Family doctor＇s guarantees are still inadequate, need to improve family doctor＇s income, strengthen professional ability, provide more promotion and training opportunities.Family doctors have high concern about family doctor system and combination of medical and support mode, the propaganda about combination of medical and support needs to be strengthened. There are ability, specification, health, safety and other needs and problems should to be solved in the process of promoting combination of medical and support by Family doctor, need to further regulate the behavior of family services.The health administrative department should strengthen the standard management and explore the effective management mechanism.
