摘要
在医疗情景中,医患冲突已经成为影响医患关系的重要社会问题。文章对医患关系紧张的原因进行分析,一方面医务人员自身的情绪管理能力、沟通能力和人文意识等在很大程度上影响患者愤怒情绪的产生;另一方面患者自身的素质和意识也是导致医患冲突的重要原因。文章从医生、患者、医院和政府4个方面提出了化解紧张医患关系的具体措施。医生需要加强情绪控制意识,增加自身软实力;患者需要正确认识疾病,进行有效的自我调节;医院需要突显人性化设计,构建和谐就医环境;政府要充分发挥自身职能,积极宣传正能量。
In medical situations, conflicts between doctor and patient have been become the important social problems which affect the doctor-patient relationship. In this paper, causes of tense doctor-patient relationship have beenanalyzed. On the one hand, the self-emotion management ability, communication ability and humanistic consciousness of medical staff largely affect the patients of anger. On the other hand, the self-quality and consciousness of patientsis the important cause leading to the doctor-pa- tient conflicts.The concrete measures which from the aspects of doctors, patients, hospitals and government was put forward, in order to dissolve the tense doctor-patient relationship.The doctor needs to strengthen the sense of emotional control and increase themselves soft-power. The Patients need to recognize the disease correctly and regulate self effectively. The hospitals need to highlight the humanized design and construct a harmonious medical environment. The government should play their roles fully andpromote positive energy.
