摘要
目的:了解武汉市某三甲医院消化系统疾病住院患者营养支持实施状况,为选择合理营养支持途径、减少营养支持相关并发症、规范营养支持流程提供依据。方法:采用横断面调查的方法,对2015年10月16日武汉市某医院255名消化系统疾病住院患者进行营养支持状况调查。结果:消化系统疾病住院患者营养支持的应用率为59.6%,肠外营养、肠内营养应用之比为16∶1,肠内营养患者胃肠道并发症发生率较高,肠外营养患者代谢并发症发生率高于肠内营养患者(P<0.05)。结论:应加强医护协作,为患者制定个性化的营养支持方案,实施标准的营养支持护理流程,为患者提供规范有效的营养支持措施,改善患者营养水平。
Objective: To investigate the present situation of nutritional support in hospitalized patients with digestive system diseases, in order to offer the basis for selecting reasonable nutritional support ways, reduce related complications of nutritional support, and standardize the process of nutrition nursing. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted in 255 hospitalized patients with digestive system disease in a large general hospital in October 2015. Results: The survey shows that the application of total nutritional support rate was 59.6%. The ratio of parenteral nutrition, enteral nutrition was 16 : 1. In the process of enteral nutritional support, the incidence of gastrointestinal complications was higher. The incidence of metabolic complications in patients with parenteral nutrition was higher than that in patients with enteral nutrition (P〈0.05). Conclusion: In order to improve the nutrition- al level of patients, we should strengthen the training of nurses' nutritional knowledge, accurately assess the nutritional status of pa- tients, and standardize the nutritional support process.
