摘要
探讨镇江市某医院微信就医新模式的建立及推广举措。该院建立的微信公众平台提供预约挂号、在线取号、排队候诊、门诊缴费及报告查询等快速便捷的医疗服务。该院还将微信公众号二维码印制在挂号凭条、门诊病历、出院小结以及检查报告单上,推广方式简单有效,公众号的使用率明显提升,关注人数和微信支付笔数明显增加。医院微信公众号开拓了线上就医的新模式,简化了就诊流程,改善了医疗服务质量。
This paper discusses some new model of micro-medical, public application and promotion initiatives. Micro let- ter public platforms provides the integration process such as booking registration, online access, queue, the waiting, outpatient payment and reporting queries and so on, to give the patients rapid medical service. Meanwhile, micro QR code is printed on letter public, registration slip, outpatient medical records, discharging summary and inspection reports. The method is simple and effective, and the utilization rate of the public number is obviously improved. In addition to the traditional line of medical treatment mode, hospital WeChat public number developed online medical model, The number of people concerned and the number of payment in WeChat have increased significantly, thus simplifying the visiting process and improving the quality of medical service.
