摘要
目的:调查成都市儿科医生的工作满意度现状及其影响因素。方法:采取分层随机抽样法,抽取成都市8个区102名在岗儿科医生进行问卷调查,对数据进行描述性统计、T检验、单因素方差分析、逐步回归分析。结果:成都市儿科医生的总体工作满意度为不满意(x-=2.755分),最为满意的是同事关系,最不满意的是工资待遇,其次不满意的是医患关系;不同年龄段、工作年限、收入的儿科医生的工作满意度存在统计学差异(均P<0.05);工作满意度受工资待遇、工作环境、医患关系的影响(均P<0.05)。结论:儿科医生的总体工作满意度为不满意,政府、医院、媒体乃至全社会应在工资待遇、工作环境、医患关系3方面加以关注,提高儿科医生工作满意度,解决"儿科医生荒"问题。
Objective: To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of job satisfaction of pediatricians in Chengdu.Methods:Randomly selected 102 on-the-job pediatricians of 8 districts in Chengdu to carry out the questionnaire by using a stratified sampling method. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics analysis, T test and single factor variance analysis. Resuits:The average score of the job satisfaction of pediatricians in Chengdu is 2.755.The highest score in influencing factors is the colleague relationship, and the lowest scores are about salary, followed by doctor-patient relationship. The relationship between the job satisfaction and the influencing factors such as : the age of pediatricians, the length of service time, and the income of pediatricians is significant difference( all P〈0.05).The salary, working environment and doctor-patient relationship are the most significant factors that affect the job satisfaction (all P〈0.05). Conclusion:The whole job satisfaction of pediatricians is not satisfying.Government, hospital, media, and even the whole society are supposed to focus more on the following three aspects : salary, working environment, the doctor-patient relationship, to improve the pediatricians" job satisfaction, and to commit to solving the problem of "pediatrician insufficiency".
