摘要
目的:编制有效测量护理学专业大学生压力源的问卷。方法:在文献分析和开放式问卷基础上设计问卷的结构和项目。以湖北省两所高校护理学院612名护理学专业大学生的问卷调查数据为基础,采用项目分析、探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析等方法,确定问卷项目并进行信效度检验。结果:正式问卷包含3个维度18个项目,分别为未来工作压力(7个项目)、人际关系压力(6个项目)和学业压力(5个项目)。总问卷Cronbachα系数为0.87,各维度α系数为0.79-0.82。验证性因素分析各项拟合指标较好,χ2/df=4.71,CFI=0.92,NFI=0.90,IFI=0.92,GFI=0.84,RMSEA=0.10。结论:本研究编制的护理学专业大学生压力源问卷具有良好的信效度,可以用于测量护理学专业大学生的压力水平。
Objective: To develop an instrument to measure the stressor of undergraduate nursing students. Methods: The structure and items of undergraduate nursing students' stressor were proposed according to theoretical analysis and open questionnaire investigation. Based on the survey data of 612 nursing students, items analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are conducted to select item. items.The reliability and validity of the final questionnaire was tested. Results: Formal questionnaire contains three dimensions 18 projects, namely the future stress of job (7 items), interpersonal stress (6 items) and academic stress (5 items). The result showed that the Cronbach c~ coefficients of the Questionnaire was 0.87, and the Cronbach α coefficient of three factors were ranged from 0.79 to 0.82. The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the questionnaire has good construct validity and the fit indexes are good, X2/df= 4.71, CFI = 0.92, NFI - 0.90, IFI = 0.92, GFI - 0.84, RMSEA = 0.10. Conclusion: The questionnaire has high reliability and validity and it is a validate measurement to evaluate the stressor of undergraduate nursing students.
