慢性乙型肝炎患者血清内脂素水平与其肝纤维化的关系

Study on the relationship between serum level of visfatin and hepatic fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis

目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎(乙肝)患者血清内脂素(VF)水平与其肝纤维化的关系。方法选取2013年12月至2016年12月确诊治疗的乙肝患者100例作为乙肝组,同期选取50例健康人员作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测并比较两组血清VF、肝纤维化指标[透明质酸(HA)、层黏连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型前胶原(PCⅣ)]水平,分析VF水平与与肝纤维化指标的相关性。结果乙肝组血清VF水平明显低于对照组,乙肝组血清HA、LN、PCⅢ、PCⅣ水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,VF水平与HA、LN、PCⅢ、PCⅣ水平呈负相关(t=-0.572^-0.639,P<0.001)。结论乙肝患者VF水平异常与其肝纤维化形成密切相关。

Objective To explore the relationship between serum level of visfatin （VF） and hepatic fibrosis in patients with chronic hepa- titis B. Methods A total of 100 patients with hepatitis B in this hospital during December 2013 to December 2016 were allocated in hepatitis B group, 50 healthy persons in the same period were selected as control group, and the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was used to detect their serum levels of VF, liver fibrosis indexes as levels of hyaluronic acid （HA） , laminin （LN） , type Ⅲ pro - collagen （ PC ） and type Ⅳ pro - collagen （ PC）, the correlation between serum level of VF and liver fibrosis indexes had been analyzed. Results The serum levels of VF in hepatitis B group were significantly lower than those of control group, and the serum levels of HA, LN, PC and PC Ⅳ in former group were signifi- cantly higher than those of the latter group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. The result of Pearson correlation analysis showed that level of VF and levels of HA, LN, PC Ⅲ and PC Ⅳ showed negative correlation （ t = - O. 572 - - O. 639, P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion Patients with hepatitis B have abnormal level of VF and the abnormal level of VF is closely related to the formation of liver fibrosis.
