Pharmaceutical care for a diabetic patient with urinary tract infection

目的探讨临床药师在参与糖尿病合并泌尿系感染患者临床治疗中的作用。方法临床药师参与1例糖尿病合并泌尿系感染患者的治疗,为抗感染治疗的制定提供合理化建议,同时关注用药过程中的不良反应。结果患者血糖得到了有效的控制,泌尿系统感染治愈,药物不良反应消失。结论临床药师在临床治疗的过程中,参与治疗方案的调整,对患者进行用药指导,体现了药师的职业价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of drug treatment for one patient with diabetes accompanied with urinary infection.Methods The clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of one patient with diabetes accompanied with urinary tract infection,and provided reasonable suggestions for anti-infection treatment. Meanwhile,The clinical pharmacists paid attention to adverse drug reactions during medication.Results The patient＇s blood glucose was effectively controlled,the urinary tract infection was cured,and the adverse drug reaction was disappeared.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists were involved in the adjustment of the treatment program and provided medication guidances during the clinical treatment,reflecting the professional value of them.
