羟乙基淀粉40氯化钠注射液临床抢救不良反应分析及应对

Analysis and response of adverse reaction of Hydroxyethyl Starch 40 Sodium Chloride Injection for rescue

目的分析羟乙基淀粉40氯化钠注射液用于抢救时患者出现的不良反应特点和规律,保证患者用药安全。方法对某省级定点医院2016年1月至2016年12月期间各厂家羟乙基淀粉40氯化钠注射液使用后出现的53例不良反应进行分析。结果 53例不良反应中女性比例较男性偏高,60岁以上老年患者不良反应发生率最高;临床累及器官或系统主要为全身性反应、皮肤及其附件反应;发生时间多为前30 min;偶有严重的过敏样反应。结论按说明书要求合理用药,关注特殊人群用药,密切监护患者反应,控制滴速,保证患者用药安全。

Objective To analyze the characteristics and rules of adverse reaction of Hydroxyethyl Starch 40 Sodium Chloride Injection for rescue,ensure the safety of the patients. Methods To analyze the 53 cases of adverse reactions of Hydroxyethyl Starch 40 Sodium Chloride Injection made by several manufacturers for antimicrobial treatment in a provincial hospital during January 2016 to December 2016.Results In total 53 cases of adverse reactions,the female proportion was higher than male,the highest incidence occured up to 60 years or older patients; Adverse reactions often happened at high dose of patients; Main clinical involving organ or system were the systemic reactions and skin and its accessories damage;The common time happened for the first 30 minutes; Sometimes would occur severe allergic reactions. Conclusion Drugs should be provided reasonable according to the instruction,and more attention should be paid to the special group of patients and their reactions,control the dripping speed to ensure the safety of the patients.
